Refunds and Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, Snappi must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your Snappi back to the Shipper. Follow procedures below to return the Snappi.
> Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will then process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days.
> Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@snap-a-lot.com.
> Exchanges
We only replace Snappi if it is defective or was damaged in delivery. If you wish to exchange it for another, send us an email at info@snap-a-lot.com. We will email you a pre-paid mailing label to use for the return. If you choose to replace, we will process an order for replacement upon receipt of Snappi. If not, we will process your refund once the Snappi is received following procedures in Refunds.
>Follow procedures below when shipping your Snappi back to us.
To return your defective or damaged Snappi, follow these procedures before packaging Snappi:
1. Drain the Lubricant from the Snappi reservoir.
2. Send only the Snappi with Lanyard and the Snappi Stand. NOTE: You do Not need to return the lubricant.
3. Affix the pre-paid mailing label to the package and drop off at your local US Post Office.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
