It worked like a charm.
very nice packaging ,i cannot got lubricant nto come out,the jaws do not fit in female snap,and jaws do not close around outside of male snap,maybe i am doing something wrong,maybe there is a video

It would seem your Snappi is not primed properly. Use the blunt end of a pencil and press it up into the mechanism a few times. That will break the seal and allow lubricant to flow. Using the Snappi: The teeth of the Snappi grab the top of the snap head and that’s what is cleaned and where lubricant is dispensed when you press and turn on a snap head. The top of the Snappi has the abrasive pad which is only used to clean out debris from inside the snap cap(female end).

I've used Callahan's Yacht Lube for years. Snappi works better because it cleans the snaps as well as lubricating them.
I was using messy petroleum jelly on my snaps. This snap tool is quick, easy, and no mess! I highly recommend it. I have a pontoon boat with a full cover and it works great.
I love the concept, and was very excited to try the product upon arrival. I followed the instructions, but the device does not dispense any lubricant.
Hi John, I am sorry you are diappointed with your Snappi as it seems it did not prime. To fix, use the blunt end of a pencil and press it up into the mechansism a few times.
