lightweight, awkward to use, doesn't really seem to do much of anything. I thought it was a good idea in concept, but I haven't had much luck with it.

Doesn’t work as expected. Great idea but doesnt clean as thought.
It works OK. A little tough on snaps on a vertical surface.
Like your product but your customer service is poor. The fact that the only way to try and make contact is through leafing a message on your website is unprofessional especially since you don't even respond to those.
